Seeking counseling is the first step to a productive life

Family, school or career pressures; trauma, grief, divorce, anxiety or depression can all produce times of personal crisis. Start the process of change now in a welcoming, accommodating environment.

As a psychotherapist working with people from all walks of life, I’m dedicated to helping individuals work through difficulties in their personal and professional lives and making the counseling experience stress free. Here you’ll find a welcoming, accepting outlet to deal with life’s issues, be they grief, loss, divorce, care giving for a loved one, parenting, anxiety or depression.

Through Caring Psychological Counseling, I help individuals and families overcome obstacles, heal from trauma and distress, and achieve personal growth and satisfaction leading to more productive relationships.

Therapy for individuals with disabilities both physical and mental, or brought on by aging, is offered. Services are also offered for those whose role it is to act as day-in and day-out caregivers for family members or loved ones.

In addition to my individual practice, I have working relationships with psychiatrists who can provide medication evaluation, as well as medication management
